Our beach house was constructed by Bob Evans, starting in January 2005 and was finished in May 2005.  We were extremely pleased with the excellent work Bob and his team did, from the communication aspect all the way down to the tiniest detail in the wood work of the house.                 Here are some pictures detailing our construction progress.

This is the Avalon (picture taken in 2004), the year we bought it.

This is a picture of the original Avalon as it was being demolished.  We'll miss her, but are very excited about the new house!
